Azik Salon Suites

I opened Azik Salon 14 years ago and was the first salon suites in Ankeny. I’ve been a cosmetologist in the beauty industry for 30 years, starting with managing salons for a privately owned company for 10 years, to opening my own salon, Trenz in Newton 20 years ago. I wanted to open salon suites because I myself experienced the struggle of finding a location when I was ready to be on my own, and I wanted to make it easier for everyone in the industry to become entrepreneurs. I also own my salons verses leasing, which allows me to have more control over rent prices for my tenants. I feel Azik Salon has been blessed with great professionals in our industry. I look forward to the opportunity to help more professionals in the beauty industry to take that first step into entrepreneurship.
