The Spa Suites on Belmont offer private spa suites and treatment rooms in the heart of Roscoe Village/Lakeview. They are specifically designed for aestheticians and beauty professionals who offer facials, massage, body wraps, permanent cosmetics, waxing, and other treatments where water is needed. The suites are located in a commercial store front on Belmont near Damen in Roscoe Village/Lakeview. The space is divided into 5 separate individual secured private suites connected by a long common hallway – complete with ample seating and water/tea for your clients.
Each suite is 130 square feet (10×13) and has granite counters with a vessel sink, 4 wall sconces for soft lighting, as well as a ceiling fixture. 10' high ceilings. Hard surface waterproof flooring throughout. Sound wired throughout with individual volume control. The exterior entrance has an electronic lock with individual codes for you and your clients. 2 ADA compliant restrooms. All utilities & internet included. Plenty of free street parking. 6 Month minimum lease; 1 month security deposit & 1st month rent due before moving in.
