Located in the Shoppes of Jonathan’s Landing, at the corner of Indiantown Road and N. Alternate A1A. The shopping center is anchored by Publix, HomeCare America and Koon Manee Asian Restaurant. Our location has a total of 29 beautiful boutique style suites including multiple double suites which allow for more than 1 stylist to work together simultaneously. All License Agreements are month to month and can be canceled with 45 days notice. Weekly rent includes all utilities, WiFi, 24/7 access, washer/dryer, and professional liability insurance. Plus you get to decorate your suite to meet your personality. All new License Agreements receive 2 weeks free rent that starts when you see your first client. Since we are located in unincorporated Palm Beach County, our allowable uses include hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail professionals, make up artists, eyelash extension artists, microbladers, massage therapists and more!
