Phenix Salon Suites - Palm Beach Gardens

Located in the Shoppes of Oakbrook Shopping Center, at the corner of US Highway 1 and PGA Boulevard and is anchored by Publix, Duffy’s Sports Grill, and CVS. Our location has a total of 34 beautiful boutique style suites, including multiple double suites that allow for more than 1 stylist to work together simultaneously. All License Agreements are month to month and can be canceled with 45 days notice. Weekly rent includes all utilities, WiFi, 24/7 access, washer/dryer, and professional liability insurance. Plus you get to decorate your suite to meet your personality. All new License Agreements receive 4 weeks free rent that starts when you see your first client. Since we are located within the city limits of Palm Beach Gardens, our allowable uses include hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail professionals, make up artists, eyelash extension artists, and massage therapists. Unfortunately, the City doesn’t allow any tattoo artists or tattoo establishments. Microbladers are allowed if they are also a licensed esthetician.
