Salon Work Professional Studios

We are located in the Shitan Shopping Center the downtown area of Clinton Maryland zip:20735 , 3 mins away from Woodyard Crossing Shopping Center. Salon Work strives off of professionalism and privacy. We have private studio suites available to rent with annual leasing agreements. Our studio’s will provide 24-7 keyless access to the building, building WiFi, private entry to your own studio, a shared shampoo area, bathroom and parking lot - parking . All required equipment and furniture for your business will be your responsibility. (If you are a nail technician you are only allowed to use odorless products). Salon Work professional studio rental fee is $255 - $280 weekly depending of studio size. Weekly payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or cash. There will be 3 weeks of rental pay as a deposit fee and first week free.
